Charter Policies & Guest Guidelines

We want every trip aboard So Flo Sea Escapes to be safe, smooth, and memorable. Please review these guidelines before booking — they apply to every guest on every charter.

1. Waiver & Assumption of Risk

Time on the water carries inherent risk. Guests are responsible for their own safety and conduct while aboard, and acknowledge those risks by booking with us.

A signed waiver is required before boarding. By signing, guests release So Flo Sea Escapes LLC, its crew, and its representatives from claims related to ordinary risks of charter travel.

No signed waiver, no boarding.

2. Booking & Payment

Listed prices include tax and fuel surcharges — what you see is what you pay, no surprise add-ons at checkout.

3. Arrival & Check-In

Please plan to arrive ahead of your scheduled departure to allow time to check in.

4. Alcohol & ID Policy

Alcohol service, where offered, is for guests of legal drinking age only — no exceptions.

5. Onboard Rules

To keep every guest safe and comfortable, the following aren't permitted aboard:

Guests who don't follow these rules may be asked to leave the charter without a refund.

6. Crew Gratuity

A gratuity for the crew is appreciated and customary in the charter industry. For shared experiences, a standard gratuity is collected at boarding; private charter gratuities vary with trip length and group size. Gratuity is separate from your ticket price.

7. Weather & Safety

Charters run rain or shine whenever conditions are safe. Our licensed Captain makes the final call on operating a trip based on weather, sea conditions, and other real-time factors — safety always comes first, even if that means adjusting or canceling a departure.

8. Captain's Authority

Every charter is operated by a licensed Master Mariner. Routes, anchor points, and time on the water may be adjusted at the Captain's discretion based on conditions on the day of your trip.

9. Guest Conduct

We ask all guests to follow crew instructions and behave respectfully toward fellow passengers and staff. The crew may deny boarding or remove a guest for unsafe behavior, intoxication, or refusal to follow instructions, with no refund issued in these cases.

Thank you for helping us keep every charter safe and fun for everyone aboard — we can't wait to host you on the water.
